We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from planning through execution while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.



About the Role



Key Responsibilities:



  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and project performance
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Improve workflows and operational efficiency


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience (industry-specific experience is a plus)


Required Skills



  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira, etc.)
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required
