As a Project Manager (PM) at Altudo, you will manage large consulting and web development projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass project coordination, delivery management, client communication, and supporting business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
What will you do:
- Ensure project deliverables and regional rollout timelines meet the project sponsor’s specified expectations
- Ensure project activities and deliverables adhere to internal quality standards
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource plans in collaboration with project team members and stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, and support the team in resolving issues
- Create and share regular project status reports, highlighting key updates and risks
- Manage the delivery of project(s) with a focus on website and mobile app (mobile app is not in scope) design and development, content production, and digital initiatives
- Support execution of delivery approaches and ensure projects are delivered according to defined processes and timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders acting as a bridge between business, regional teams, and technology
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, documentation, and presentations
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and support contingency planning
- Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Participate in project closure activities and contribute to lessons learned documentation
- Own the rollout funnel for multiple regional websites, managing phased deployments and ensuring consistency across markets
- Act as a Product Owner for regional web platforms, defining, refining, and prioritizing the backlog aligned to business goals and regional needs
- Ensure project deliverables meet the regional stakeholder's specified expectations and align with agreed roll out KPIs
- Drive prioritization across regions, balancing global standardization with local customization requirements
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths, help create regional rollout waves and release schedules coordinating with regional stakeholders
Who you are:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in digital project management with website design and implementation exposure.
- Good understanding of website rollouts across global / regional markets.
- Good understanding of agile practices and project delivery methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple phases of website projects including planning, design, and development
- Experience with Digital Experience (DX) or Commerce platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Optimizely, Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar) is preferred.
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Wrike, ServiceNow etc.
- Experience working with digital agencies and coordinating with onsite/offshore teams
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders concurrently.
- Good understanding of project KPIs, timelines, and delivery metrics
- Experience working with large-scale clients
- Willingness to work across different time zones.
