We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes within a complex healthcare environment. This role requires someone who can drive both business and technology initiatives while ensuring successful delivery and operational adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale enterprise transformation projects end-to-end
- Manage cross-functional business and technology stakeholders
- Drive planning, governance, delivery, and business readiness
- Ensure alignment between operational and technical teams
- Support enterprise change initiatives across complex environments
Requirements
- Proven enterprise project delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or regulated environments preferred
- Ability to bridge business operations and technology delivery
- Hands-on leadership style with strong execution capability
