Role Description
Agency 11 is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-impact events across corporate, nonprofit, and experiential clients.
This is a remote-first role with travel for onsite event execution. You will work directly with agency leadership, take ownership of key project components, and gain exposure across every phase of event production.
This role is best suited for someone who wants more than task-based work and is ready to take on real responsibility in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end event planning across multiple client projects
- Build and manage timelines, task tracking, and deliverables
- Coordinate vendor communication, logistics, and key milestones
- Assist with client communication, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
- Support registration, travel planning, and guest experience logistics
- Travel to events and support onsite execution as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through
- Clear, professional communicator
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Previous experience in event coordination, project management, or operations preferred
- Exposure to project management tools is a plus

Compensation & Structure
- $45,000 annual salary
