Role Description
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of one of the state plans in the United States. You will manage various tasks related to the program's success, including member/grocery operations, support, and reporting. Your responsibilities include answering members questions, helping members onboard/offboard, handling grocery operations, putting together reporting, managing vendor relationships, and working with our health coaches. This is a do-it-all role, and we need an individual who wants to get their hands dirty and have a lot of ownership and autonomy.

What we are looking for:
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- 3 years of Program Manager experience (Not Project Management or Product Management)
- 3 years of experience working at a healthcare company.
- 2 years of experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid.
- Previous experience working at an early-stage startup is preferred.
- Previous experience handling member support through calls, texts, and emails.
- Success working within a small team, having ownership of many areas
- Excellent communication with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- You are interested in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
