Accountabilities:
- Own 3-5 high-priority accounts, overseeing complex operational, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Lead client engagements across onboarding, issue resolution, quarterly business reviews, custom reporting, and strategic alignment
- Identify trends, surface insights, and guide customer strategy using internal tools and data dashboards
- Partner with internal teams across Sales, Logistics, Operations, Service Delivery, and Finance to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Manage escalations end-to-end, including documentation, corrective action planning, and customer communication
- Identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand program value
- Represent the organization professionally in all customer interactions and contribute to refining client success processes
- Proven ability to manage high-complexity, high-stakes programs with minimal oversight
- Knowledge of logistics, asset recovery, IT asset disposition workflows, or demonstrated ability to learn them quickly
- Strong command of internal systems and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, SERP, PowerBI)
- Executive presence and strong communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strategic thinker, able to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives without a predefined playbook
- Demonstrated ability to identify revenue opportunities through program expansion and process improvement
