Accountabilities
- Lead and manage enterprise-level manufacturing programs, ensuring project requirements are clearly defined, understood, and executed across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers, to align objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and KPIs, ensuring programs remain within scope, cost, and timeline constraints.
- Drive risk management activities, including identification, mitigation planning, and escalation of potential issues impacting program performance.
- Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and financial forecasting to support both current and future program needs.
- Provide regular reporting on program status, performance variances, and corrective actions to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing cost-effective operational enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering environments.
- Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Proven experience in budget management, scheduling, resource planning, and KPI-driven performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk identification and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred).
- Competitive salary range: $100,100 - $180,200 annually
