We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Director to join our team! The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a portfolio of related projects for the organization, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and of high quality. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop program strategies, plans, and budgets, as well as managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop program strategies, plans, and budgets, as well as managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements program strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Oversees the successful delivery of portfolio-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality.
- Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure that program objectives are stakeholder needs are met.
- Develops and maintains program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Monitors and analyzes program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the program management function.
- Provides guidance and support to project teams on process improvements and best practices.
- Ensures that programs are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manages risk and ensures that programs are adequately protected through effective risk management strategies.
- Ensures effective communication and collaboration across the organization, including with other program managers and senior leadership.
- Mentors and develops program staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management, OR equivalent years of experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, with a focus on managing a portfolio of related projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience with budget oversight and performance metrics.
- Project management certification is a plus.
- Must have an active government clearance, or be able to obtain clearance prior to starting (must be a U.S. citizen).
- Ability to travel up to 25%, varying based on client project schedules.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
- Must be a hands-on leader with a strong ability to influence, collaborate, and foster successful partnerships with stakeholders.
- Strong technical expertise in program management processes and procedures.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including compliance requirements for technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- A deep understanding of business processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
