Description
- The Program Coordinator provides essential day-to-day operational support for program delivery, including participant assistance, data management, workflow execution, and administrative coordination. This role focuses on accurate processing, consistent documentation, and reliable execution of routine program tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform daily operational tasks including processing participant or contractor submissions and maintaining accurate program records.
- Respond to participant, contractor, and trade ally inquiries by providing clear, timely, and professional support.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation across all program systems.
- Assist with preparing program activity summaries, reports, and documentation as assigned.
- Participate in UAT when assigned specific test cases, following instructions and documenting results.
- Contribute to maintaining SOPs and internal documentation by identifying unclear steps or areas needing clarification.
- 2+ years of coordination experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in energy programs, desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, desired.
