We’re looking for a Senior Production Designer to support a high-visibility campaign push across print and out-of-home (OOH) channels. This role is highly executional, focused on translating approved creative into production-ready assets at scale, ensuring precision, consistency, and quality across all deliverables. You’ll work closely with art directors, designers, and production teams to bring campaigns to life across large-format environments including billboards, transit, retail, and experiential placements.

- Location: Remote working PST hours

- Duration: Short-term campaign support (with potential to extend)
- Start: ASAP
- Rate: $30hr
- Build and finalize print and OOH assets including billboards, transit wraps, posters, signage, and large-format graphics
- Adapt master creative across multiple sizes, formats, and placements
- Prepare print-ready files with correct specs (bleeds, trims, color profiles, resolution)
- Ensure all assets meet brand standards, technical specs, and vendor requirements
- Conduct thorough QA across all deliverables before release
- Manage versioning and asset organization across high-volume outputs
- Partner with art directors, designers, copywriters, and production teams
- Work closely with printers, vendors, and media partners to ensure accurate execution
- Communicate clearly around timelines, specs, and deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain organized file structures and documentation
- 5+ years of experience in production design, print, or OOH environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing large-format and print production work
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Deep understanding of print production, color, typography, and layout systems
- Experience working with high-volume asset production and tight timelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect work
