Join us at Teneo.ai. We are looking for a curious and multi-skilled individual to grow into a Teneo Agentic.AI Expert (#Agentic.AI, #Converational.AI, #Evangelist, #Training) within our Product Expertise team.
You will contribute to shaping the future of conversational AI through our unified platform for developing and analyzing intelligent agents.
The role is ideally based in Sweden, within approximately 90 minutes of Stockholm (the “Mälardalen” region).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· You will learn the Teneo Platform to build the best possible agent AI for a wide range of different customers and use-cases to over time to become an expert
· You will ongoingly help create and enhance training materials - to help others learn how to build the best AI agents.
o This will involve writing, shooting screen recordings, building great showcase AI agents and more.
o You will also work with state-of-the-art customer AI agents, training their teams and guiding them as they build and refine their use cases toward success. You’ll help them achieve strong results and leave them feeling proud of what they’ve accomplished — with your support — confident as newly empowered “experts” ready to take their work even further.
· You will collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Solutions Architecture.
· Open to occasional travel.
REQUIREMENTS:
We think that you:
· have recently graduated from studies within the areas of computational linguistics, data or computer sciences or perhaps none of previous but feel you are a good fit for the role.
· are a social, enthusiastic person who loves learning new technology and telling others about it.
· are passionate about languages, agentic.ai, conversational.ai agents and what they can do as well as simplifying daily life of people and businesses.
· would excel in working with customers to identify their needs and convert them into use cases, processes, and Agent.ai solutions.
· have some programming experience – Python, Java, TypeScript, Go – the language is not important – but programming skills and technical skills are.
· would love an opportunity to grow and develop – supported by multiple seniors and veterans helping and coaching you on the way.
· takes ownership of tasks and follows through to completion with a strong sense of accountability.
· works well with others, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
· approaches challenges with a practical mindset, finds effective solutions, and remains flexible to adapt when plans change.
