ABOUT THE JOB
As a Product Care Manager, you will work closely with the Quality, Purchasing/Supply Chain, and Global R&D teams to identify solutions for field quality issues, component obsolescence, and product enhancement requests.
You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to provide ongoing support and improvement for existing products and systems. By addressing defects, implementing enhancements, and staying current with industry standards, you can ensure that products maintain their performance, reliability, and quality throughout their lifecycle. This role involves providing technical leadership, driving process improvements, and collaborating with various teams to ensure product stability and customer satisfaction. ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Plan, execute, and monitor solution timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful closure of the issues.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify the root cause and derive the solution.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving defects and issues reported by customers.
- Responsible for electronic component obsolescence management in collaboration with purchasing.
- Work with quality assurance, purchasing, product, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and product quality
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated expertise in control systems and embedded systems.
- Prior experience in hardware development is a plus
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse, cross-functional teams across various cultures.
- The ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- The ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Control System Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar or related fields.
