Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all communications
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services, offering knowledgeable insights and guidance
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Document customer interactions accurately, following up to ensure their needs are fully met
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to continuously improve service quality
- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide relevant and effective support
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience in customer service roles, especially in a multilingual environment, is preferred
- Effective communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software
