- Proficient in capcut or similar editing software.
- You’re open-minded, a fast learner, and comfortable sharing learnings with the team
What you’ll actually be doing 💻
- Brainstorming hook variations and ad angles weekly, briefing the editing team for production
- Building and owning creative strategy for each account — the source of truth for what we’re making and why
- Keeping a pulse on what’s converting (and what’s dying) across the industry, ad policy changes, and platform shifts
- Developing and refining systems for scaling creative output without sacrificing quality
- Collaborating closely with media buyers to connect creative performance back to paid results
