2. About the Opportunity:
The People Operations Associate plays a key role in enhancing how the organization supports its workforce. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end employee experience, promoting company culture, and improving internal communications. The role contributes directly to the organization’s growth by streamlining People Operations processes and ensuring employees are effectively supported throughout their lifecycle.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and transitions
• Plan and execute company-wide and team events to strengthen culture
• Draft and distribute internal communications such as newsletters and updates
• Maintain data accuracy in HR systems and handle administrative tasks like I-9 verification and benefits administration
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize People Operations workflows using AI and automation
4. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
• Experience or interest in HR or People Operations, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information
• Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The starting pay will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions
