Role Description
This is a part-time, Remote Payroll Supervisor role located in Woodstock, GA. The Payroll Supervisor will oversee and manage all payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll administration. Responsibilities include the handling and resolution of garnishments, managing payroll taxes, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting accounting operations. The role involves maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations while providing support to the HR and finance teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration and managing payroll processes efficiently
- Experience with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, including knowledge of compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits programs and their administration
- Strong background in Accounting, including attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and related tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical competencies
- Ability to ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in payroll supervision or related roles will be an advantage
