About the Role
We're looking for a medical biller with deep, hands-on PAP experience — someone who has actually run applications, not just managed the queue. You know NovoCare, LillyAnswers, and myAbbVie Assist the way most people know their own phone number.
This is not a general billing position. We need someone who has:
• Submitted hundreds of PAP applications
• Appealed denials and won
• Calculated FPL eligibility without looking it up
• Tracked renewals before they expire
What We're Looking For
Required:
• 2+ years of direct PAP/MAP coordination experience
• Hands-on with major programs (NovoCare, LillyAnswers, myAbbVie Assist, or equivalent)
• FPL calculations and income documentation
• Denial appeal experience
• Specialty clinic, specialty pharmacy, or hospital outpatient background
Strongly preferred:
• GLP-1 PAP experience (Ozempic/NovoCare, Mounjaro/LillyAnswers)
• Biologic PAP experience: Humira, Dupixent, Ocrevus, Rinvoq, or similar
• Endocrinology, rheumatology, or neurology billing background
• Experience with PAP management software (AssistPoint, or similar)
What You'll Get
• $22–$30/hour depending on experience
• Fully remote
• Flexible schedule — 10–20 hrs/week to start, growing with our customer volume
• Direct access to the founder — your expertise shapes every product decision
• Path to full-time as we scale
• Work that matters: patients who can't afford their medication get it because of you
