The Opportunity
As an Equity Partner, you will play a central role in defining and scaling the firm’s Energy & Utilities offering across the region. You will leverage your network and expertise to originate and deliver high-impact strategic engagements, while helping to shape the future direction of the practice.
You will work alongside an established global leadership team, contributing to thought leadership, client development, and the ongoing evolution of a practice deeply embedded in the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and client engagement across the Nordic energy and utilities landscape
- Originate and deliver C-suite level strategy and transformation projects
- Build and deepen relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Contribute to the growth and leadership of the regional practice
- Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams
- Shape thought leadership on topics such as decarbonisation, energy markets, and digitalisation
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record within a consulting firm or equivalent senior leadership role
- Deep expertise across the energy value chain (e.g. utilities, renewables, networks, energy markets)
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to win and deliver complex engagements
- Established network within the Nordic energy sector
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to operate at Partner level
- Experience leading teams and developing senior talent
