We help D2C brands grow from €1M to €50M annually by creating and managing high-converting Meta and TikTok ads. Our clients rely on us not just for creative — but for strategy, structure, and growth.
We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist (Media Buyer) who can own the full performance side of the ad account — from strategy to reporting.
Key Areas of ResponsibilityCampaign Management
- Own daily performance and optimizations across Meta and/or TikTok Ads
- Structure and launch campaigns, ad sets, and creative tests
- Manage budgets, pacing, and scaling across different markets and funnel stages
- Upload and schedule content, ensuring campaigns are clean and compliant
- Ensure consistent uptime and monitor performance in real-time
Strategy & Growth
- Build smart, scalable media buying strategies based on product, funnel, and data
- Work closely with Creative Strategists to define winning angles and test ideas
- Lead experimentation across formats, audiences, and objectives
- Make clear recommendations based on test results and past performance
Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Interpret data to identify trends, wins, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Leads and clients to communicate strategy shifts
- Proactively flag underperformance and lead the plan for recovery or improvement
Required Professional Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social ad accounts (Meta is required; TikTok is a bonus)
- Proven track record of driving strong ROAS for e-commerce or D2C brands
- You’re fluent in Ads Manager, audience testing, campaign structure, reporting
- Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CTR, MER, AOV, ROAS, etc.)
- You’re structured, data-driven, and love working with numbers
- Experience working with creative teams and contributing to ad testing strategy
- Strong communication skills, you’re confident explaining your ideas to clients or internal teams
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, in European time zones
