Operations Specialist — Kilne
Kilne is a chef-tested cookware company founded in Toronto, creating professional-grade kitchen tools designed for everyday magic in the kitchen. We’re a fast-growing ecommerce brand looking for an Operations Manager to help drive the systems, processes, and execution that keep our business running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, analytical, and proactive — someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership across multiple parts of the business.
- Manage inventory across systems and warehouse locations
- Create and manage purchase orders and support replenishment planning
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth product flow
- Act as the primary liaison with warehouse partners, ensuring strong communication and smooth inbound, outbound, and inventory operations
- Proactively resolve operational issues related to fulfillment, inventory discrepancies, and returns
- Monitor inventory accuracy and help maintain clean operational data across systems
- Improve internal processes and reporting to support efficiency and scale
- Support forecasting, promotional planning, and peak operational readiness
- Collaborate closely with customer experience and finance to resolve cross-functional issues
- 3–5+ years experience in operations, supply chain, or ecommerce operations
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and operational systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with external partners
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Ecommerce experience strongly preferred
- Shopify experience
- Cin7 or ERP familiarity
- Experience working with 3PLs or warehouse operations
- $75,000 base salary
