Position: Notion User/Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20 - $70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Utilize Notion daily to execute assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency
- Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion for AI training processes
- Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks in Notion, proposing actionable improvements
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for effective Notion usage
- Document processes and maintain up-to-date records in Notion databases
- Provide actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization to the customer s team
Requirements
- Have a minimum of of hands-on experience as a user of Notion
- Possess strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, conveying ideas clearly and professionally
- Be detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data handling
- Be self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a remote work environment
