We're launching a new entertainment booking app at select venues in Miami this summer, and we need someone embedded on-site who understands venue operations.
This is the ground-level role that scales. First one venue, then five, then ten. You're part of the growth story.
The Role:
- Onboard users to the platform (verification, profiles, payments)
- Support customers during check-in and booking
- Troubleshoot platform issues in real-time
- Gather feedback and report metrics
- Be the face of our app at the venue
- You're the bridge between our tech and their operations.
The Compensation (Triple Model):
Commission: $5 per verified booking at your venue (paid bi-weekly, for first 12 months only)
Equity: 5,000–10,000 shares (0.05%–0.10%) 3-year vesting, 1-year cliff At $1B valuation = $500K–
$1M Performance acceleration for high satisfaction + low issues
Year 1: earn commission on every booking + equity vests
Year 2-3: equity vests, commission ends

Who We're Looking For:
- 1+ year nightlife, hospitality, or event ops experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, can manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable in adult entertainment venues
- Available nights and weekends
