Combining technology with clinical expertise, the business is scaling rapidly, delivering high-impact services and pursuing an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. Positioned at the forefront of the sector, they are helping to define the future of healthcare delivery.

They are now seeking a talented M&A Associate to join their Corporate Development team. Reporting directly to the Head of M&A, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the execution of strategic acquisitions and investments, working closely with senior leadership, investors, and target companies within a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the full transaction lifecycle, from deal origination through to execution and closing.
  • Building, refining, and maintaining financial models to assess acquisition opportunities, valuation scenarios, and synergies.
  • Preparing investment cases, presentations, and reports for senior management, the Board, and private equity sponsors.
  • Collaborating with external advisors across financial, legal, tax, and commercial due diligence processes.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and clinical teams to ensure effective execution and integration planning.
  • Contributing to negotiations and deal structuring discussions with target companies.
  • Tracking market trends, identifying potential opportunities, and supporting pipeline development through research and benchmarking.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrable experience in M&A, investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development (Big 4 or top-tier advisory experience is highly valued).
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects under demanding timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and investors.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare transactions would be advantageous.
