Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Recruiter. The Medical Recruiter will manage hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting healthcare professionals, to fulfill the company’s expanding therapy services. The role involves partnering with team members to identify staffing needs, screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to maintain a high standard of care and align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a home-health agency is a MUST
- Proven skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong Customer Service abilities to foster positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of the healthcare and Medicine field to identify qualified candidates for therapy roles.
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
