Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Matchmaker at Lyons Elite Matchmaking. The Matchmaker will manage the end-to-end matchmaking process, including conducting in-depth interviews, understanding client preferences, and curating matches. Duties will also include maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with other team members, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires discretion, empathy, and exceptional communication skills to nurture successful connections and deliver a bespoke experience.

- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in active listening, empathy, and emotional intelligence to build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

- Analytical Skills: Strong intuition and an aptitude for evaluating compatibility and potential relationships.

- Previous Matchmaking, Coaching, or Customer Relationship Experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
