What You'll Do
- Own and execute the marketing plan across all active channels
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent output
- Align marketing activity with sales priorities and ICP targeting
- Produce and publish LinkedIn content in the founder's voice
- Write and send the newsletter
- Manage case study production, gather client stories, write, publish
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Run outbound campaign support alongside the SDR
- Manage LinkedIn organic growth and engagement strategy
- Identify and test new lead generation channels
- Coordinate SaaS partnerships and referral programme activity
- Identify guest content, podcast, and community opportunities
- Manage event and webinar execution when relevant
- Deliver weekly report on leads generated, content performance, channels ROI
- A consistent flow of warm, qualified leads into the SDR's pipeline every week
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in agency or SaaS
- Proven ability to execute — not just strategise
- Strong writing skills across formats (social, email, long-form)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team
- Experience with LinkedIn organic growth and content
