The role

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities for ATMOCE in the Netherlands and the broader Benelux region.

This role is pivotal in accelerating brand visibility, generating qualified demand, and enabling our commercial teams and installation partners in these strategically important markets. In line with global marketing strategy, you will create high-impact plans—tailored to Dutch and Benelux market dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, energy transition trends, and channel structures.

Based in the Netherlands, you will work closely with the Global Marketing team while collaborating daily with regional sales teams, distributors, and installer partners. Your focus will be on delivering measurable business impact—driving pipeline growth, strengthening partner engagement, and positioning Atmoce as a leading innovator in energy optimization, inverters, and battery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Local marketing and strategy execution

  • Translate global brand strategy into locally relevant marketing plans tailored to the Netherlands and Benelux, considering energy market dynamics and regulation.
  • Define and refine value propositions and messaging for both residential and C&I segments, ensuring strong differentiation.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, channel, and field marketing—driving brand awareness, lead generation, and partner engagement.
  • Own local campaign execution from concept to performance tracking, ensuring measurable pipeline impact.

Installer-Focused Channel Marketing

  • Build and execute a channel marketing strategy designed to attract, engage, and retain PV installers as active ATMOCE partners across the Benelux.
  • Design and run installer-targeted campaigns, deploy our loyalty program, and co-marketing initiatives with distributors to grow the active installer base.

Market Insights & Commercial Alignment

  • Lead market and competitor analysis within the Dutch energy and solar ecosystem (pv, storage, EV charging and smart energy trends).
  • Monitor installer behavior, purchasing drivers, and competitive positioning to continuously sharpen Atmoce's go-to-market approach.
  • Identify growth opportunities, particularly in retrofit markets where existing solar installations can be upgraded with Atmoce solutions.
  • Deliver actionable insights on customer needs, installer behavior, and competitive positioning to inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure tight alignment between marketing and revenue objectives, supporting pipeline growth and partner success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within energy, solar (PV), storage, EV charging, or technology sectors.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-growing environment, while collaborating effectively with global and regional teams and partners (distributors & installers).
  • Proven track record in demand generation and pipeline creation, with clear impact on revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels and performance marketing (paid media, SEO, marketing automation, lead management).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners.
