Marketing Coordinator


One of The Sage Group’s clients is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with GTM sales enablement experience in B2B tech.

Client is a cloud content management and file sharing service for businesses.


Team is in high-demand and moves quickly, so need someone comfortable in that environment, with strong organizational skills. Ideally, wants exposure to GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement etc.


This Person Will:

Own end-to-end coordination of new hire onboarding programs for GTM teams, including scheduling kick-offs, managing calendars, and ensuring a seamless experience across Sales, and Customer Success.

Support the design and delivery of standard enablement programming by building and maintaining session logistics including booking facilitators, calendar coordination, and pre- and post- session communications.

Maintain enablement calendars, project trackers, and shared resources (e.g., LMS content libraries, shared drives, Confluence pages) to ensure all programming and onboarding materials are current and accessible.


Requirements:

1-3 years experience marketing coordination

Bachelor's degree is ideal

1-3 years supporting GTM sales enablement content ideally

Must be detail oriented, flexible and can move fast to meet deadlines


Duration: 3-9 months to start with contract to hire potential

Location: 100% remote in USA

Compensation: $34-45/hour DOE
