Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage seamless customer onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our product
  • Execute comprehensive training programs to enhance user proficiency and engagement with our AI software
  • Relationship management with key client stakeholders
  • Conduct account level client review sessions
  • Monitor and drive accounts utilization
  • Identify upsell/cross sell opportunities within the assigned set of accounts
  • Demand generation for Beroe’s products & services
  • Directly contribute to the company's revenue growth by nurturing and expanding customer relationships through strategic engagement and value realization


Desired Skills and Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer success within a B2B SaaS environment, exposure to AI or tech-driven products is a plus
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of automation tools and technologies, with a keen interest in using AI to improve customer success outcomes
  • Understanding of the sourcing process and procurement team workflows is desirable
  • Experience of running or supporting e-auctions or dynamic bidding processes is a plus
  • Analytical & Problem-solving Skills
  • Consulting Mind set
  • Relationship Building – Convincing & Influencing skills
  • Open to travel as & when required
  • Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong Commercial and Business Acumen

Education, desirable qualification and educational establishment, additional education:

Essential: MBA /master’s with 5-9 years of experience in account management or customer success.
