Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage seamless customer onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our product
- Execute comprehensive training programs to enhance user proficiency and engagement with our AI software
- Relationship management with key client stakeholders
- Conduct account level client review sessions
- Monitor and drive accounts utilization
- Identify upsell/cross sell opportunities within the assigned set of accounts
- Demand generation for Beroe’s products & services
- Directly contribute to the company's revenue growth by nurturing and expanding customer relationships through strategic engagement and value realization
Desired Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in customer success within a B2B SaaS environment, exposure to AI or tech-driven products is a plus
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Knowledge of automation tools and technologies, with a keen interest in using AI to improve customer success outcomes
- Understanding of the sourcing process and procurement team workflows is desirable
- Experience of running or supporting e-auctions or dynamic bidding processes is a plus

Education, desirable qualification and educational establishment, additional education:
Essential: MBA /master’s with 5-9 years of experience in account management or customer success.
