1. Proficiently operate the warehouse management system (WMS) and related modules of ERP/TMS, ensuring that all physical operations are recorded accurately and in real time within the system. Maintain the accuracy of basic data such as inventory entries and stock levels within the system.
2. Monitor the inventory structure, identify slow-moving and high-age inventory items, and assist in formulating and implementing handling solutions.
3. Calculate data such as warehouse operation volume and logistics shipment volume, be responsible for cost verification and settlement, participate in discussions on process optimization, and assist in implementing efficiency
4. Respond to orders and inventory inquiries from internal sales and planning departments, handle abnormal orders (such as damage in shipment, incorrect delivery, or insufficient delivery), report promptly and follow up to resolve the issues.
5. Provide daily operation data as required, such as inventory entry and exit data, inventory data, and delivery on-time rate, etc. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly operation reports.
