The Pine Resort at Bass Lake is seeking a friendly and responsive Live Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist guests and prospective customers through live chat and digital communication channels, providing timely support, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping others in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via live chat, email, and online platforms
  • Provide accurate information about reservations, amenities, services, and policies
  • Assist guests with booking support and general questions
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with front desk and reservations teams to ensure seamless service
  • Uphold the resort’s standards for guest satisfaction and professionalism

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or support experience preferred
  • Excellent written communication and typing skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using chat platforms, email systems, and basic computer applications
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
