- Collaborate across teams to build and enhance legal tools or applications, leveraging your industry expertise
- Proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance
- Strong contract review and negotiation abilities across a variety of legal domains
- Demonstrated experience in case analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence
- Hands-on experience in litigation support and dispute resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and clarity
- Deep commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in all legal matters
- Track record of building or contributing to legal applications, tools, or systems
- Experience designing legal-focused conversational agents, rubrics, or AI-driven workflows
- Background in developing digital legal solutions or productizing legal expertise
- Ability to manage complex multi-turn conversations and system prompt design
