As a Learning Experience (LX) Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how learners interact with digital courses—from structure and flow to engagement and usability. If you care about making learning intuitive, meaningful, and well-designed, this is the kind of work you’ll enjoy.
🔹 What you’ll be working on
- Improving learner engagement across digital courses
- Refining course flow, structure, and overall usability
- Looking at learning journeys through a UX lens—not just content
- Exploring and integrating tools that genuinely enhance the experience
- Working closely with instructional designers, tech teams, and academic stakeholders
- Continuously identifying ways to make learning simpler, clearer, and more effective
🔹 What we’re looking for
- Experience in EdTech, learning experience design, or digital learning environments
- A solid understanding of how learners behave and interact with content
- Comfort working with tools and platforms used in modern learning ecosystems
- The ability to think critically about what works (and what doesn’t) in a course
- A practical, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

- Exposure to UX principles or product thinking in learning
- Experience working on large-scale or academic programs
