Overview
We are seeking Integration Specialists to join a Platform Integrations team in a remote capacity. This role reports to the Manager of Platform Solutions & Integration and focuses on enabling customer success through expert guidance, training, and support for higher education faculty and administrators. The primary goal is to ensure seamless integration of digital learning solutions into institutional environments, improving adoption, engagement, and overall user experience.
This role plays a key part in enhancing digital learning outcomes by supporting efficient system integrations, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring long-term platform success.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct one-on-one and group consultations via Zoom to deliver training, guidance, and support for Learning Management System (LMS) integrations
- Support implementation and integration of digital learning tools within academic environments
- Develop strong understanding of digital education products and foundational principles of learning science and instructional design
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to support customer retention and expansion efforts
- Manage end-to-end integration processes for new and existing customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through research and cross-functional collaboration
- Provide timely follow-ups after customer interactions, ensuring clarity and resolution of outstanding questions
- Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and strategic discussions to improve processes and delivery
- Contribute to special projects and cross-team initiatives as needed
- Gather and share customer feedback to help improve product functionality and user experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–2 years of experience in customer success, technical support, implementation, or a related role
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, or Moodle
- Exposure to digital learning platforms or education technology tools is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train users with varying technical backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset
- Experience in higher education, instructional design, teaching, or coaching is a plus but not required
