About Tech Pipeline:
We are a fully remote technology and operations consulting firm. Our work is practical: we help businesses untangle the systems, workflows, and integrations that have quietly stopped working the way they should. We are not a product company. We work directly with real clients on real problems, and the people we hire are expected to engage with that work, not just execute tasks from a queue.

The Role:
This role is connected to an active client engagement in Spain. You will communicate directly with a Spanish-speaking team, so conversational Spanish is an actual requirement here, not just a checkbox.
You will build and maintain web interfaces, internal tools, and client-facing components that support delivery work across this engagement. Some of this is new development. Some of it involves taking existing code and improving it.
The work is varied. On any given week you might wire up a form that feeds into a reporting flow, refactor a component that has gotten messy, or join a call with the Spanish team to clarify what a part of the system is actually supposed to do.
You will be supported, but not micromanaged. We expect you to take ownership of your work, ask questions when things are unclear, and highlight problems before they become costly.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Building and maintaining web interfaces and UI components for the Spanish project
  • Integrating with internal tools and APIs so data goes where it needs to
  • Communicating in Spanish with the client team, both in writing and on calls
  • Keeping code clean, documented, and easy to transfer
  • Contributing to internal tooling that supports how Tech Pipeline functions
  • Pointing out when something does not make sense, technically or otherwise

You need to have:
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Comfortable using at least one modern frontend framework (React preferred, Vue or Angular is fine)
  • Capable of reading and working with codebases you didn't write
  • Familiar with Git and standard version control workflows
  • Conversational Spanish, both written and spoken
  • English at a professional working capacity

Nice to have:
  • Experience with REST APIs or simple backend integration
  • Understanding how data flows between systems, beyond just UI work
  • Some exposure to a consulting or client-facing setting
  • Familiarity with process or operations tools

We are not looking for someone who has done it all. We are looking for someone who picks things up, takes ownership, and doesn't need problems explained twice.

What Working Here Looks Like:
  • Fully remote. Work from wherever you are in Spain. Async-first with video syncs when needed.
  • Real client work. The Spanish project is active and moving, not a backlog of speculative features.
  • Small team, clear ownership. You will know what you are responsible for.
  • Room to grow. This is a junior role, but we expect you to grow into more over time. If you are curious about the operations and architecture side of what we do, that is a good sign.
