Role Overview
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across various roles, from technical positions to administrative staff. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, ensuring we hire not just for skills but also for cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings
- Source candidates using various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates
- Maintain recruitment data and track hiring metrics
Qualifications
- Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies at once
- Fluency in English
