2. About the Opportunity:

The Jr. Executive Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to multiple members of the Executive Leadership Team. This role ensures efficient daily operations and enables executives to focus on strategic priorities. It requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of managing complex schedules, confidential matters, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully remote and requires working within the Eastern Standard Time Zone.


3. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to multiple Executive Leadership Team members, including C-suite executives

• Manage complex calendars involving internal and external stakeholders

• Arrange travel logistics, including airfare, car rentals, and hotel bookings

• Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars

• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials

• Assist with executive expense management, invoices, and payment processing

• Draft and respond to executive correspondence and emails

• Handle sensitive information with discretion

• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues

• Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional efforts

• Build strong internal and external relationships to facilitate communication

• Organize logistics for internal and external events and meetings


4. Requirements:

• 4-7 years supporting senior executives, preferably in Private Equity–backed, high-growth, or fast-paced environments

• Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities

• High level of professionalism and discretion

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with PowerPoint expertise required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize independently with minimal supervision

• Proven ability to build relationships across teams and functions

• Collaborative team player mindset

• Experience with large-scale event planning


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation is based on experience; $70K+ annually
