Position: Finance Expert (IB / PE / Structured Finance)
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $45 - $120/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Build financial models and conduct market analysis for transactions.
- Prepare investment memos, board materials, and executive presentations.
- Perform credit analysis and review loan agreements and covenants.
- Lead due diligence and support deal execution processes.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in all financial deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong experience in investment banking, private equity, or structured finance.
- Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong experience in financial statement and credit analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex financial information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
