We are seeking a professional join a leading implantology business. This role presents the challenge of managing and expanding an international dealer network across Europe, Middle East, and Asia, contributing to global market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the management of the international dealer network,
- Develop strategies for expanding and onboarding new dealers in multiple markets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners across diverse cultural landscapes.
- Oversee a team of multiple direct reports, including sales managers and administrative staff.
- Collaborate closely with company leadership to drive growth and market penetration.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in implantology sales, with deep industry knowledge.
- Significant experience managing indirect sales channels (dealers/distributors)
- Demonstrated success in developing and expanding international dealer networks, preferably in Europe, Middle East, and/or Asia.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to operate effectively across diverse markets.
- Leadership experience with a team of sales professionals.
