We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most exciting consumer brands, one that’s not just growing, but genuinely reshaping how it connects with people.
This is a brand with a clear point of view, a loyal following, and a track record of doing things differently. It’s built momentum through bold thinking, strong values, and marketing that actually cuts through.
Now, as it enters a new phase of growth, the business is doubling down on influencer and creator marketing as a core driver of brand and commercial success. This is your chance to step into a role with real ownership, creative freedom, and the opportunity to build something standout.
Why this role stands out:
This isn’t about managing influencer campaigns it’s about owning and elevating an entire channel.
- Take the lead on a high-priority growth channel with real investment behind it
- Shape how a culturally relevant brand shows up across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond
- Work in a business where influencer marketing is seen as strategic, not just tactical
- Partner with ambitious, collaborative teams who want to push creative boundaries
- Join at a pivotal moment where your ideas will directly impact growth and brand perception
- Be part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where test-and-learn is encouraged
The opportunity
As Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll define and scale the brand’s creator strategy, building meaningful partnerships and turning them into campaigns that genuinely resonate. You’ll sit at the heart of Brand, Growth and Creative, with the autonomy to test, learn, and evolve how influencer marketing drives awareness, engagement and conversion.
This is a role for someone who understands both sides of the equation: the art of great content and the science of performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving the influencer marketing strategy across organic and paid activity
- Building a network of high-impact creators and developing long-term, authentic partnerships
- Leading end-to-end campaigns from idea and briefing through to execution, amplification and analysis
- Managing and developing an Influencer Marketing Executive, helping raise the bar on output and creativity
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure influencer activity is fully integrated into wider campaigns
What we’re looking for
- Experience in influencer or creator marketing (brand or agency side)
- A proven ability to build campaigns that don’t just perform but get noticed
- Strong instinct for talent knowing who’s right for the brand before the data proves it
- Excellent relationship builder, confident managing creators, agents and internal stakeholders
- Deep understanding of social platforms, culture and what makes content travel
- Someone who brings energy, ideas and a point of view not just execution
