- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare registration setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in scheduling software and related tools
- Experience in a hospital or medical facility setting
- Familiarity with insurance verification and authorization processes
- Additional certifications related to healthcare administration or scheduling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
