This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Director. The successful candidate will oversee HR functions such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. They will also handle performance management initiatives, offer strategic HR advice, and collaborate with senior leadership to support ARK’s objectives.
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) management and HR Policies
- Strong knowledge in Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Laws
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
