About The Role

The Human Resources Associate will play a vital role in supporting HR operations and employee relations functions within the organization. Serving as a trusted advisor and partner to all employees, this role involves managing a wide spectrum of HR activities from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management. The position requires close collaboration with HR leaders, centers of excellence, and business units to uphold the company's mission, vision, values, and cultural pillars. This remote role offers flexibility and can be based anywhere in the U.S., providing an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to contribute to a dynamic and innovative organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Workday HRIS or equivalent HR management platforms
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration principles and practices
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle ambiguity effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with the business and HR team to foster a positive and engaging company culture
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures related to onboarding, pre-employment screenings, I-9 administration, new hire orientations, and offboarding activities
  • Provide high-quality HR service by responding promptly to employee inquiries and resolving daily issues
  • Support the development, interpretation, and enforcement of company policies and procedures
  • Guide managers and employees on employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, employee complaints, performance management, and corrective actions
  • Conduct fact-finding investigations into employee concerns and recommend appropriate actions
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR Centers of Excellence to resolve employee issues effectively
  • Analyze HR and employee relations data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline HR operations and employee relations activities
  • Prepare and maintain reports on HR metrics such as new hires, terminations, onboarding, and exits using Workday or similar systems
