Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured conversations with individuals exploring personal or professional change
- Share information about personal development and leadership education programs
- Manage communication using platforms such as LinkedIn, Zoom, and email
- Apply simple outreach and engagement strategies (training provided)
- Participate in ongoing personal and professional development
- Manage your own schedule, workflow, and performance targets
- 3+ years’ experience in HR, administration, recruitment, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Confident using digital tools (LinkedIn, Zoom, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a consistent, results-focused approach
- Interest in personal development and continuous learning
- Structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship
- Access to established systems, tools, and training
- A flexible, remote working environment
- The ability to operate part-time or full-time based on your availability
- Performance-based earnings aligned with individual results
- This is an independent contractor role and not salaried employment
