Role Responsibilities
- Design occupation-specific questions based on real-world experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Apply clinical and practical OTA knowledge to support AI research and evaluation initiatives.
- Create structured scenarios reflecting common therapy workflows, patient interactions, and care considerations.
- Review and refine task outputs to ensure clinical relevance, accuracy, and clarity.
- Work independently while contributing to a long-term, research-driven AI project.
- Strong full-time professional experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain occupational therapy concepts.
- Ability to translate hands-on clinical experience into structured, evaluative content.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
