- Develops and executes strategic recruitment plans through the implementation of creative recruitment and sourcing strategies for full cycle recruitment.
- Evaluates candidate pool through screening processes to determine highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill open roles.
- Targets and selects prospective employees and manages a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Collaborates and consults with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure synergies exist to hire the right talent based on business needs
- Works in close collaboration with Armor Leadership, Regional Vice Presidents and hiring managers to identify needs and suitable talent.
- Creates positive candidate relationships highlighting Armor’s core values, ethics, and best practices throughout the hiring and initial period of employment process.
- Vast knowledge of the healthcare industry particularly as it relates to healthcare professionals.
- Results driven, seeks accountability and works with a sense of urgency; must be self-motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines as well as prioritize and adjust to business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with internal colleagues and external candidates.
- In depth sourcing experience using various and creative methods is a must.
- Ability to travel as business needs dictate.
- Extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years recruitment experience for healthcare professionals, preferably in the correctional healthcare space and/or high growth, fast paced organization.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential strongly preferred.
