Job Title: Head of Sales
Location: Remote. West-Andalucia, Spain
We are partnering with a company in the agricultural solutions sector to appoint a Head of Sales for Spain.
This is a high‑impact commercial leadership role, managing key customer relationships, and progressively building and leading a regional sales organization. The role combines hands‑on commercial activity with strategic responsibility, operating in a field‑based, relationship‑driven environment serving vineyards, olive groves, fruit producers, cooperatives, and distributors.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening the company’s presence in Spain, with direct responsibility for managing key accounts in West Andalucía and Extremadura, while also acting as the commercial leader for the wider Spanish organization. In addition to owning the southern region commercially, this role will lead and coordinate the national sales team, effectively operating as Head of Sales for Spain and ensuring alignment of strategy, priorities, and execution across all regions as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Spain
- Lead and develop a sales team of 4 people
- Drive growth across key segments (wine, olive, fruit producers; distributors)
- Manage key accounts and directly oversee one sales region
- Act as the senior commercial interface between Spain and Portugal
Candidate Profile:
- Strong sales leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of the agricultural sector
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, hands-on mindset
- Experience selling to distributors and/or large agricultural producers
- Spanish fluent; Portuguese and/or English valued
Other Information
- Remote role, no office in Spain. The candidate needs to be based in the West part of Andalucia (Huelva/Sevilla/Cádiz), with travel within the Iberian Peninsula.
