## About MantaRisk

Wealth management is going through its biggest shake-up in a generation. Clients want hard answers. Advisors want firepower their competitors don't have. AI agents are rewriting the front office.


For decades, that firepower was out of reach. Top-tier portfolio analytics were locked behind Bloomberg terminals, MSCI licences, and seven-figure contracts only the largest institutions could afford. Everyone else made do with spreadsheets and gut instinct.


MantaRisk ends that. We deliver the same factor models, attribution engines, stress tests, and optimisers the giants use, across 1.5M+ instruments and 10 asset classes — but priced per-instrument, not on AUM, and accessible through three channels: a modern web UI, a developer-friendly REST API, and a native MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLM agents.


The result: wealth managers walk into client meetings with institutional-grade credibility, and turn emotional debates into evidence-based decisions. Already in production at established wealth managers and family offices, with the wealthtech ecosystem — PMS providers especially — embedding MantaRisk into their own platforms.


We're hiring our Regional Head of Sales for Asia-Pacific.


## The Role

You will own the full commercial cycle across APAC (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, India), from lead generation through to closing and account expansion. The role blends sales and marketing, so you will also shape regional go-to-market campaigns, represent MantaRisk at industry events (Hubbis, Asian Private Banker, Sibos APAC, Singapore FinTech Festival), and drive demand generation.


## What you'll do

- Build and convert a pipeline of wealthtech vendors (especially Portfolio Management System providers), private banks, EAMs, multi-family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and asset managers

- Run the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close

- Shape APAC marketing: events, webinars, partnerships, content

- Activate your existing network from day one

- Partner with our product team to relay market feedback


## Must-haves (non-negotiable)

- Deep experience selling portfolio analytics, risk, or PMS software into the APAC wealth and asset management industry

- An active, warm network of decision-makers across APAC hubs (Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney, Mumbai)

- Track record of closing six-figure SaaS or fintech deals in APAC

- Self-starter, comfortable operating remotely with high autonomy

- Fluent English; Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese a strong plus


## Nice to have

- Background in factor models, risk analytics, performance attribution, or PMS/CRM software

- Existing relationships with APAC industry analysts (Hubbis, Asian Private Banker, Celent)
