As Head of People Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our hourly workforce across multiple markets, ensuring seamless HR operations and driving process improvements.

- Own end-to-end HR operations for an hourly workforce, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee records management
- Manage recruiting and hiring pipelines from job postings through offers, scaling hiring plans as new markets open
- Maintain accurate employee records and system integrity across HR tools such as Gusto, Jobber, and others; conduct regular audits and data reconciliation
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving payroll and scheduling issues, and providing bilingual support to field teams (English/Spanish)
- Drive process improvements by diagnosing root causes of discrepancies, updating workflows, checklists, and training to ensure consistency and scalability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of People Operations or HR experience
- Experience owning end-to-end HR operations for hourly workforces across multiple markets, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee records management
- Proven experience running weekly payroll for hourly employees, including timesheet reconciliation and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Experience owning end-to-end recruiting pipelines from job posting through offer stage
- Experience as a sole HR/People Ops contributor, owning the full HR function for an organization
- Hands-on experience using Gusto for payroll processing
- Working knowledge of US wage and hour regulations for hourly employees
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
- Currently authorized to work in the United States
- Hands-on experience with Workable (ATS)
- Proficiency with Google Sheets for HR operations reporting, audits, and data reconciliation
- Experience serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries for field teams, including resolving payroll and scheduling issues
