About the Role
We're hiring a Head of Growth to own SCRYPT's commercial momentum - enterprise distribution, demand generation, public voice, and the conference circuit.
This is a vocal, public-facing role. You'll write under your own name, host the rooms that matter, and represent SCRYPT in front of clients, investors, and press. You'll own the commercial pipeline and build the muscle for the Series A traction story.
Reports to the CEO. Works alongside the existing Chief Growth Officer (relationship-led, Swiss network)on enterprise account strategy.
The Bar

Key responsibilities
- Own enterprise commercial pipeline - banks, asset managers, family offices, fintechs, payment service providers, remittance companies
- Build SCRYPT's public voice - develop strong thought leadership, host events, speak on the circuit, appear on industry podcasts
- Curate the rooms that matter - institutional dinners, side events, investor introductions, founder salons
- Partner with marketing on demand generation - content strategy, paid acquisition, attribution, funnel optimisation
- Own the Series A traction narrative for investors - pipeline, conversion, revenue, customer logos
- Drive partnerships with major TradFi institutions - banks, brokers, payment networks
- Build and lead a small commercial team as the function scales
Job requirements
Experience
7–12 years in B2B fintech, payments, institutional crypto, or prime brokerage. Operator profile, not pure sales
Public voice
Active LinkedIn or X presence with substantive writing. Conference speaking experience. Hosts rooms, doesn't just attend them
Commercial track record
Has owned a real number - TPV, ARR, customer count, enterprise logos. Can defend the pipeline strategy that produced it
Network
Existing relationships in TradFi (banks, asset managers, payment networks) or institutional crypto (custody, prime brokerage, exchanges)
Operating mode
AI-native. Comfortable using AI tooling for content production, research, outbound, and CRM workflows
Languages
Fluent English required
